The Firehouse adult ballet classes are designed to increase coordination, strength and flexibility. We begin with barre work to find proper bodily alignment. Center work improves our balance and allows us to incorporate alignment principles into dance phrases. Part of the class is devoted to stretching to gain flexibility, prevent injury and invite relaxation.

Drop-ins welcome
