Spring Renewal Yoga Series
with Megan Sherman

This is a 8 week series:
Thursdays: March 21, April 25, May 16 & 23 4:15pm-5:30pm
Wednesdays: March 27, April 10 & 17, May 8 4:15pm-5:30pm

Cost: $65.00 for 8 classes or $12.00/per class Drop in rate

Take this time for yourself and your body. Link movement with breath (yep, we are flowing); weed out old stories and habits; practice body awareness; build strength and resilience; unwind tension and connect to self. Get what you need from this time. Come together in community to playfully work your edges, sweat and detoxify, find stillness, or just be. Choose your own adventure, with a safely guided yoga flow to support you in the wide open performance space at the Firehouse, with its heated floor and sweet community vibe.

This is an all levels class, the intention being that whether you are new to yoga or have years of practice under your belt you will find something here to meet you and probably challenge you. You will usually be offered options to accommodate injuries or varied levels of mobility, with a diverse soundtrack, and sometimes even live accompaniment!  No flexibility required, and all bodies are welcome! This class will take place on either Wednesdays or Thursdays (depending on the week so look at above dates) through March, April, and May. Bring a mat, block, blanket and strap if you have one. A limited number of mats, blocks, blankets will be available.

These 8 sessions will span over 10 weeks. We start next Thursday, March 21. All classes are at 4:15-5:30pm. If you sign up for the full series, it costs $65 ($8/per class! Woot Woot! ). Drop-in rate is $12. Check, cash, or Apple Pay works great. I strongly encourage you to sign up for the whole session. Something special happens when we commit to practicing together as a group for a given time. That being said, you are welcome to come for any number of sessions.
It is helpful if you let me know you will make it. Please feel free to pass this on to anyone who you think might benefit.

This is such a rich time of year to shake off the winter sludge, and prepare your body for full summer frolicking!

$15.00  single class (trade and class cards available)

Sweat Your Prayers®is a gathering of community to practice the universal rhythms of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness in a continuous wave of free spirited dance connecting to the sacredness of oneself and another.  “It is a deep medicine journey, a journey of sweat, blood and bones – nothing less than an intimate affair with ourselves.”  We dance and sweat our prayers surrendering to the beat of each rhythm.  “Dancing the 5Rhythms is a practice …a dynamic way to both workout and to meditate in the same breath.  To sweat is to pray, to make an offering of your innermost self.”  (Roth, 1997)
